This Privacy Policy describes how Multiply Technologies LLC DBA Leadio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites, our Leadio local-service marketing sites, and our lead delivery services (collectively, the "Services").
From consumers: when you request a quote or contact a business through one of our marketing websites — by web form, phone call, or text message — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the details of your request. Calls to tracking numbers may be recorded or logged for quality and delivery purposes.
From business customers: when a business signs up for our lead delivery service, we collect contact and billing information, including the mobile number designated to receive lead alerts.
We use the information we collect to deliver consumer inquiries to the relevant local business, to operate, bill, and improve the Services, and to communicate with our customers about their accounts. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers.
Business customers who opt in to SMS lead alerts during service signup will receive text messages from us containing new lead details. Message frequency varies with lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
We share consumer inquiry details with the specific local business the inquiry is intended for — that is the purpose of the Services. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, telephony, email delivery, and payment processing), bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We retain records of inquiries and account information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
